Are the stones real?

Yes. Every stone is a natural gemstone, never dyed glass or plastic, and our gemstones are GRC certified. Because each stone is natural, the colour and pattern of yours will be slightly different from the photo. The one exception is Mood Stone: a colour-changing stone that we always describe as synthetic.

What are the pieces made of?

Every piece is made of 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold versions are 18k gold vermeil: a thick layer of 18k gold over a sterling silver base, so the metal underneath is just as fine as the finish.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes, that is what it is made for. Take your piece off before swimming, showering, sports and cleaning, and put it on after perfume and lotion. Store it dry and separate from other jewellery, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth. That keeps the metal bright and the stone polished for years.

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings follow US sizing. Open the size guide next to the sizes on this page: it shows how to measure a ring you own or your finger, with a table in US and EU sizes. Between two sizes, or wearing rings stacked? Choose the larger size.

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made to order for you, so it arrives in 8 to 18 working days. Shipping is free from €75 and €6.95 below that, and we ship worldwide.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost, and you receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving the piece. Every piece also comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Is it a good gift?

Yes. A birthstone for her month, a constellation for her sign or a stone chosen for her intention says something without you having to find the words. Not sure about her ring size? A necklace or bracelet is the safest choice.
